CBSE has laid down set of the latest guidelines for the students to prepare for CBSE Class 12 Board Exams for the Academic session 2024-25. Aimed at eliminating the rote learning practices among students, the changes in Board Exam Pattern have been announced on the official website of CBSE. The changes suggest an effective shift towards application based learning to tap into the true essence of education. Following Class 12 CBSE Syllabus 2025, new changes made in board exam pattern have been suggested to shift the focus to competency based question as much as to 50%.
Latest changes introduced to be implemented in Board Exams 2025 lie in accordance with NEP 2020 Guidelines. Gradual changes introduced to accommodate NEP Guidelines extended through CBSE CFPQs for students to practice and build subject awareness.
Collaborating with NEP 2020 aligned forms of learning through Competency Focused Questions. The pattern has been selected to emphasize learning through practical concepts.
