1)      Stay Hydrated and increase Fruit Intake

Drinking lots of water in proper quantities help children deal with exam stress. Taking fresh fruits in between studying refreshes mind.

2)      Organize Frequent Breaks

Students must organize their breaks alongside the academic schedule and make them a part of learning as opposed to alongside learning.

3)      Prepare in Advance

Students, in order to develop a stress free way towards exams must empower themselves with enough knowledge much before so as to ensure that they can write the exams stress free.

4)      Never compare your Answers

Always jot down important key points and make your own answers. Other than directly copying an answer, do it yourself first.

5)      Do well in practice exams
