Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2023) is a National
level Entrance Exam that has been introduced to reduce the burden of conducting
separate examinations on universities. Now all that the universities have to do
is to officially opt to participate in NTA CUET UG 2023 for enrolling students into
colleges on the basis of its results. One single examination will be conducted
for the students and as per the applications received the universities can set
up merit score to accept the Admissions. MCQ based test to be conducted by NTA
has been introduced to widen the scope for the students to get an opportunity to
secure admissions in Top Universities into their dream college.
Students are required to attempt all three sections and
choose combination of subjects as per the course, they wish to apply. The
student has to appear for a minimum of three subjects from Section II (Domain Specific).
The student can go for the combination of 1 Language and 5 Domain Specific Subjects
maximum or a combination of no language from section B of language section and
a maximum of 6 subjects from the domain specific region. Section IB of the
language part is optional. General Test may not be compulsory in certain
universities. The student is required to be updated with the guidelines of the
university for the same.
